Very attractive and historic postcard sent on Inauguration Day, September 30, 1894 to Otto Bickel of Montenegro. Otto Bickel (1862-1946) was a German stamp dealer. He moved to San Marino in 1892 and Montenegro in 1894. More information can be found at IJS_0016.pdf (nfvskandinavie.com) Hard to find these cards used!
Sent 1894, undivided back with top left conrer damage, otherwise light corner bumping & toning. Fair-Fine condition. (Any streaks on the reverse side/ 2nd image of the card are from the scanner and not on the actual card.)
