Description:
These wonderful doors were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
They are made of pine and are painted.
Each has a glass opening at the top (1 clear flat other missing) with a raised panel below.
The fronts and backs look the same.
Most hardware will need to be replaced.
They measure 65.75 inches wide together, 92.5 tall, and 1.75 inches thick.
Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. The astrigal or divider molding was replaced with a T shaped piece of iron. The original lock was filled in and replaced with a modern set. 2 deadbolts were added. There are chips to the glass stop moldings and at the deadbolts. The panels and glass were boarded over so there are small nail and screw holes. Please look at the pictures carefully.

We
have a 16 foot box truck for salvage jobs and delivery trips. We
generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to
central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January.
In
spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up
to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home
through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed.
We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. Outside these areas it would be best to check uship.com for delivery quotes.

Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.

My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
