This listing is a lovely, framed, completed needlepoint / petite point sampler with a Mother poem and detailed dutch country, primitive scenes and vignettes.
The sampler includes the alphabet, numbers, a poem about Mother and floral filigree designs as well as little farm scenes including: a milk maid, a shepherd, a farmhouse, and a windmill.
The poem reads:
Mother: Listener, teacher and miraculous blend of peacemaker, counselor, and the best kind of friend.
The needlework piece is in excellent condition. The frame measures about 12" x 15".
