These are in unused NEW condition but they are factory irregulars (2nds) as they maybe slightly off color, missing colors, off color lettering or color bleed, uneven thickness, mis trimmed, dusty or dirty from sitting in warehouse or contain mold marks or blemishes on them, Most you can see if you hold them in your hand but can't be seen on your truck or car as they blend in with the black color they won't even show up in the pic..rubber material with fiberglass fibers..Surface blems or flaws do not compromise the strength of the flaps..NICE looking mud flaps for the price..
