🚚 Digital Delivery:
You will receive the download code in a character format. Example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Code will be sent via eBay inbox/email.
Your digital key will be sent within 3 hours if purchased between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 (Mon - Sun)
Delivery will be sent within 6 hours of purchase after these hours. If your code has not been delivered after the provided timeframe, please drop us a message and we will resolve this issue immediately.
We do accept returns on all items we have as long as the code has not been dispatched through to the buyer. Codes can only be redeemed once therefore the ability to sell a code to another buyer is impossible.
In the very unlikely event that the code stated “used” or “invalid”, screenshot evidence may be requested. If the images are acceptable by my judgement, a refund or replacement can be issued.
