Harwood Steiger (1900-1980) was a mid-century artist who along with his wife, Sophie, made hand printed, silk screened fabric for about 30 years in Tubac Arizona outside of Tuscon.

They focused mainly on desert plants and animals.
They Opened the store in 1956 and it has been closed since the mid 1980's.
