Fixing
weak motor, exposure calibration, mashed gears, broken door, unresponsive, crinkled
viewfinder, cracked mirror, crusty sensor, continuous drive, not closing
properly, 600 conversion and general service.
The £15 fee is to diagnose the problem with the camera and to send you an estimate for repair. The typical cost of service and small repairs is £70 on top of the £15 Ebay estimate fee. Bigger repairs involving spare parts are extra.

The
SX-70R is a new Bluetooth pcb which replaces the old pcb in your
Polaroid SX-70. It has been designed from the ground up using modern
components, It is more reliable and adds new features
to your camera.
The price is on application and includes the PCB, fitting the PCB to the
camera and calibrating the shutter with high speed optical equipment to give the correct exposure.
- Controlled remotely with a free phone app, IOS and Android, or a wireless control Dongle sold separately.
- Auto or manual mode with a shutter speed from 25s - 1/8000s (equivalent)
- Self-timer ranges from 9s to 35s and can be used remotely
- The camera can use either SX-70 or 600 film.
The camera will be back with you within a week with a 60 days guarantee on repairs carried out.
If
the camera cannot, or you do not want it repaired it will be sent back
to you straightaway.
