• Our warehouse is located in the southeast of Melbourne. If you are a guest from within 20km of Melbourne city, we will deliver the goods to your home within 3 business days!

  At Gift Online, we ship daily meaning that you get your items to you faster. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order & payment being received and processed. Most items are delivered within 3 - 7 Business days depending on size and location within Australia. We appreciate if you can provide a contact phone number just in case we need it, it is helpful sometimes for quicker service.

  Your items will be shipped once the payment has been received in full. Just remember, if you are paying via a PayPal e-cheque, it may take several business days for it to clear. If paying via bank deposit please use eBay ID as a reference so we can trace your payment. 
  

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible. Returns need to include your name, ebay Id, ebay purchase order, contact details and a brief note explaining the return, we recommend returning with tracking and insurance to avoid total loss of item.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories included.

A restocking fee of 20% is applicable for returned items. While we do offer free delivery it does come at a cost to us so if a refund is issued it will be less the cost of delivery which is dependant on your location.

From time to time unfortunately items do get lost and damaged in transit, please do not blame us for this, we do not control the actions of the courier drivers, but instead please give us a call so we can work with you in getting it sorted out with the courier company asap.

Most of our items are sent with couriers which includes tracking, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes, it will require a signature on arrival if you are not home they will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery, If you have too long and have not contacted them, they may return it back to us which will incur a re-delivery fee.
