· Boil one pack of curry paste with 300g of ribs in 1500 ml of water.
· Add 250g of minced meat, 200g of sliced tomato, 100g of boil blood cake
and 100g cleaned filaments of red cotton flower.
· Boil until cooked and season to your taste
· Serve with rice noodle, sprinkle with bean sprouts, coriander leaves
