VTG 1970's Olga Lace Pink Peignoir & Night Gown Size 32 Full Sweep V-Neck Nylon. Both the nightgown & Peignoir have a "Behind Every Olga There Really Is an Olga" label, which is on Olga's earliest sets. Very old VINTAGE tags. Both Night Gown & Peignoir were hemmed to shorten the length to 51" Long. Hem can be easily undone to make the length longer to approximately 55" long. Both pieces have some stretch for adjustability. Excellent Vintage condition. No stains or holes. This set is from my grandmother's closet (she is 103 years old and still alive)!!
The Peignoir is adorned with white and pink lace. The lace travels around the neckline down to the waist. The ends of the sleeves hug the wrists for a beautiful look. Two covered buttons at the spandex lace waist for closure. There is a nylon band in the back, which is attached to both sides, that encircles one's waist and allows the Peignoir to flow freely in the back. The white and pink lace travels around to the back & forms a lovely "V". The white lace has a pink "ribbon" effect in the of it, so it looks as though a ribbon was threaded through it.
The matching nightgown has the same white and pink scalloped spandex lace down the front which come to a "V". There is a long satin ribbon bow and a gently scooped wide back.
