VTG 1962 Large 28" "Little Miss Echo" Big American Character Doll Vinyl Playpal.

Needs a little TLC. 

She has been stored in an attic for years. She is adult owned. I do not think she was ever played with. Her hair has come loose from the dry rotted rubberbands that once held them up. Her dress needs to be washed. Her underpants have lost elasticity. 

I put fresh batteries in the CLEAN battery compartment... all I get is a little bit of static.

All Original just needs some TLC.
