This listing is for a wooden shelf sitter from the Cat's Meow Village.  It is of the Nathaniel Russell House in Charleston, South Carolina.  It was signed in 1990.  There are a few marks on the front of the figure.  The back also has one or two marks in the paint.  The signature is on the bottom of the figure.  Thank you for buying!
