You are looking at a set of 21 vintage wooden and iron wheel casters.  All of these have the wooden wheels.  Some are excellent and some have flat spots or worn areas.  There are some complete sets.  I hope the pictures give you a better description of the condition.  If you have any questions, please ask.  Thanks for looking.
