Custom build on order sunglasses directly from the factory (doesn't have model number). 

Lenses are Gradient Polarized Glass, which is a very rear thing considering the age of the item.

Both Temples and Right Lens have 'Maui Jim' on them.

Hinges have Flex springs.

Excellent condition - the sunglasses have been worn just a few times; lenses and frame may just have a couple of small cosmetic imperfections that neither affect the overall look by much, nor impact vision.
