To be eligible for a full refund, the merchandise MUST be returned in the exact condition it was sent. For example: New, unopened, not sampled, sealed (if applicable-some items do not come sealed), packaging in tact, (if applicable, some items come unboxed)
If the color does not work for you, that does not make the item defective/damaged. Please be aware that colors on the screen may appear slightly different in person. We try to describe to the best of out knowledge. We can no longer offer free returns due to the abuse of the policy we have experienced.
