Here's an item from ERTL's Thomas and Friends range, and this is D199. He is one of the few characters who only appeared in "The Railway Series" and never in the show. He was known for appearing in the story "Super Rescue" where he and another diesel 7101 visited the Island of Sodor. While 7101 became a resident of the Island, D199 didn't as he was very rude and broke down. D199 is often referred as "Spamcan" and "Old Reliable".
