The gimmick of this toy is that it makes sounds and lights up. The lamp on the side of Spencer lights up. This one is based on the US voice, so Spencer is played by Glenn Wrage who voiced him.
The toy has been tested. It doesn't come with batteries. Spencer needs 2 AG13/LR44 1.5V in order to get the sounds to work.
