Flexible setup with Sonos

The Sub Mini is a perfect companion for Sonos's Ray or Beam sound bars, adding impact and immersion to soundtracks of your favorite games and movies. You can also connect this sub up to a pair of Sonos Era 100's, Ones or One SLs for a banging 2.1-channel music system. If you have a Sonos Amp you can link up with a wide range of bookshelf speakers otherwise outside the Sonos ecosystem.

Match the bass to your room

If you have an iOS® device, you can calibrate the Sub Mini using Trueplay™. This automatic tuning system lets you use your iPhone® or iPad® to match the sub's settings to the specific shape and acoustics of your room. This feature makes placement easier and helps keep your bass sounding smooth and dynamic.

Easy installation and control

Getting this sub up and running only takes a couple minutes. Plug in the power and the Sonos App will automatically detect the sub. You can then group the sub with your other Sonos components with a few swipes on your smartphone.

Delivery

We only ship using reputable couriers such as UPS, DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

For new items we offer a free Next Day 24 Hour Courier service, if you place order before 12 midday. All items will be delivered the next working day, Monday - Friday for Mainland UK. Items ordered before 12 midday on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Non-Mainland UK items may be subject to additional carriage charges. Next Day Delivery does not include Bank and Public Holidays. All other items will be sent using an economy tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwose stated on the eBay listing.

You can also choose to collect from us, by appoimtment, or we can also deliver to you in the local area. Please contact us for details.

Payment

Payment can be made using eBay payments with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit/Debit card. For items collected, payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

We are a UK VAT registered seller. A VAT receipt will be supplied with all purchases. If there is a delay with your order being dispatched we will notify you immediately.

Returns & Warranty

New Products

Please note that all new Sonos products come with a two year manufacturers warranty direct with Sonos that includes both online and telephone support for any issues and product replacement if necessary.

We offer a full 30 days 100% refund policy if you simply change your mind for any reason and return your items to us in an unopened condition. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we cannot offer a try before you buy service, so if you return an item that has been used we will deduct 20% from your purchase price to cover administration fees, delivery costs, and the loss in value.

If an item is returned with a claimed fault, the item will be inspected and tested to verify the fault before any refund. If the claimed fault is determined to be false then the item will be considered to have been returned in a used state and the above deduction will be applied, and the buyer reported to eBay for abusing the returns policy.

If a returned item has been damaged or marked then a further deduction may be applicable.

Used Products

All used items will be tested, inspected for any defects, and cleaned if required, and are covered by our 30 day 100% refund policy.
