Exquisite quilted art glass maker has a matte finish and clear cresting.  Thorny handle minds me of Mt Washington's works, but opaque canary yellow seems more like Consolidated or Webb?  I've had no luck identifying it.  It measures 6" to top of handle, and 8 1/4" wide.  No chips, cracks, or other flaws to call!  Weighs 1 pound 12 oz.
