To make a payment by card please call us on 01394 284685 quoting the item number, line is open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday.
If paying by cheque, we have to wait until the cheque clears before we dispatch the item.
Please make payment within 7 days.
All orders will be sent with VAT receipts.
All delivery prices shown are for UK Mainland delivery only.

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 - 5 working days, so please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery. In some circumstances delivery may take up to 10 days.
We dispatch items either via Royal Mail or APC Overnight, depending on the size of the parcel and will require signing for.
Parcels will all have tracking numbers, you will be informed of the number once the parcel has been dispatched.
We offer a 30 day returns policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it in its original resellable condition (including labels/header cards etc...) for an exchange or full refund.
To return an item either contact us or complete the return via ebay.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage costs (where postage was charged) on items that are not faulty.
Faulty and/or Damaged Items We check all of our items before they are dispatched to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged please contact us. You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage/fault.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 30 days of receipt with no exceptions.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if item and packaging are not in a satisfactory condition when returned.
