1- Photos are part of description condition - if you notice something in photos that we haven't mentioned, please have us double check our item before purchasing so this is considered as described. If we have made a mistake, we will correct prior to your purchase. Purchasing the item indicates you have checked photos and will accept item as seen in photo.

2- Combined shipping – you must put all items in cart then purchase. If you fail to do so, we can not refund as we can not unpack & repack items . If you prefer, contact us with all items wanted so we can calculate a price for you and make one listing with all items wanted.

3- If Unable to combine shipping or if combined shipping seems too costly – PLEASE KNOW --We do not calculate shipping – this is done by the shipper & Ebay – We enter size of box & weight - Ebay has your zip code so they calculate the cost. If items are too large and require an oversize box or double box for safety, the shipping may be costly, but it will be done this way for the safety of the item arriving unharmed.

4- Returned shipping is responsibility of buyer. If you wish to return this, it must be done within 14 days of day delivered and item must be in same condition as seen in our photo. When it gets back to us, we will inspect and as long as it is in the same condition as we sent it to you in, and we know it is our merchandise, we will refund the item cost. Shipping can not be refunded as this was collected and kept by the shipper.

5- A damaged item is not a returnable item. A claim must be filed. We have filed claims in past but had customers not follow through with what is needed by post office, therefore we had claim denied. We can no longer take responsibility for customers not following through. The way to insure this is to have customer file the claim which the USPS allows. We will however help you with any information needed. Our advise is to take photos as mentioned to help claim go through faster. 1) Photo of the Box 2) Photo showing all the packing material we put in the box, 3) Photo of the broken item 4) Photo of the address label attached to the box as this is required when filing a claim. 5) Photo as proof of how much you paid for the item.  After claim is filed, if the shipper is the PO, they may send you a letter requesting you to bring item to the post office for inspection. This can not be done prior to filing claim because USPS indicates everything has to be done in order they are requesting. PO also indicates that items can not be returned to seller and items must be kept in buyers possession until final decision is made (payment). With any claim, keep all merchandise and copies for your protection.

6- Condition – Most of our items are pre-owned as well as vintage. Item condition varies with the discretion of each individual. Please be sure you agree with the condition seen in the photo before purchasing. Ask if you have questions or concerns.

7- Tracking Number is automatically uploaded. Once shipper scans box details can be found to your package whereabouts.

Overseas -- we only ship overseas through the Ebay Global shipping program. We do not determine shipping fees. That is between Ebay and the customer.
