How to add a pair of prescription lens from our here?


         1st: Order the optical glasses frame
 
         2nd: Choose the lens option ,fill the below RX form then copy it to us .
                  or you can attach your RX paper photos to us via ebay message attachment.

  3rd: We will send the invoice of Prescription lens via Ebay or Paypal system when we got your RX.
 
  4th: Make the payment for lens invoice,then waiting for your new eyeglasses.

Payment
We accept PayPal only.

1.Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.

2.We ship to ebay's address only. Please make sure your address in EBAY is matched with your shipping address before you pay.

All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.

3. TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).

4. S&H will be determined based upon the ship to address.
