USA Scott #300 stamp tied by March 23, 1907 Haile, New Mexico handstamp (DPO 1907-1918 Scarcity 4 Guadalupe County) on Angel postcard sent to Independence, Kansas. Located south of Cuervo, Haile was a homesteader community. A local settler, James W. Haile opened a post office in his store in 1907, it closed in 1918. Todsen Type 1, R-5 ($100.00)

Sent 1907, divided back with bottom left (from address side) corner knick, otherwise light corner bumping and toning. Fair-Fine condition.
