This is a girls size 6 medium blue cowl-neck sweater.  The brand is Amy's Closet.  It has a ribbed look.  The hem and sleeves have fringe on them.  It is made of 55% ramie and 45% cotton.  It is in excellent condition.  It measures 15" long and is 14" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Cute!
