| Description: |
A mid-century modern stylised figure of a bird in a glossy black glaze. This piece is unmarked but is very much in the style of 1950's ceramics by designers like Roger Capron and Colin Melbourne. I have another smaller figure available for sale which is the same design but in a white matt glaze and mounted on a wooden base.

Measures 4 1/8" (10.5 cm) tall to the tip of the beak, is approximately 6" (15.25 cm) long and is 2 3/4" (7cm) x 1 7/8" (4.75 cm) in diameter across the base, measured at the widest points.

| Condition: | Item is in good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. Has some scratches through the glossy black glaze and some scuff marks, please see the photographs. There is the remnants of a felt base on the foot rim of the bird. | |
