So versatile!  Dress it up or dress it down....will be a go-to in your closet!!    Parade New York brand wool flannel fit and flare dress in black. Very soft!!   V-neck and elbow length sleeves.  Interfacing on the interior of the skirt from above the waist to about 3/4 of the way down the skirt helps to keep its great shape!  Does have two very tiny holes in the skirt that could easily be mended.     No size tag, so please check the measurements carefully.  All measurements below have been taken with the dress laying flat, so may need to be doubled.
