This software is sold sealed in the box with single user license.  This software cannot be returned once sold as per ebay terms and conditions governing licensed software is issued to user. The customer is purchasing the license for the software and a copy of the program.  The License is the main value of the software package and once in the customers possession and  the software license is registered with the manufacturer it cannot be verified by the seller as being licensed and thus cannot be returned.  The customer understands these terms and conditions upon purchasing the software that all sales are final.
