Once your return claim has been submitted, you'll have 5 business days to return your item(s) either by post or dropping into one of our stores. If you exceed this timeframe, you'll be asked to create a new return claim.
If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse or store in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we won’t be able to offer a full return.
