This is a VERY GOOD PLUS hardcover. Clean and tight with the name of a prior owner - Louise Resor - on second free endpage. No markings to text. Very clean inside and out. Tips and ends sharp. Binding firm. Hinges sound and sturdy. Five or six pages towards the middle have a small (1/4 inch) tear without paper loss at the fore-edge. Also tiny inadvertent dog ears to the same pages at lower front corner, some of which have become chips at the tip of those page, say 1/6 of an inch of loss, though paper is still present. Minor rubbing at spine ends, edges and corners, with some fraying at foot of spine, but much nicer than normally found.
