Remondini edition of 1801 of this interesting work by Alfonso de Liguori (1696-1787) about ceremonies of Mass.

De Liguori had a key role on the debate between Jansenism and the precise meaning of the law, and he was the most famous and influent christian man in that times. His books more than others managed to give answers to the doubt that Christians had in that time, and became milestones for the following books written in the XIX century.

Edizione Remondini del 1801 di questa celebre opera di Alfonso de Liguori (1696-1787) sulle cerimonie della Messa. 

De Liguori ha avuto un ruolo chiave nel dibattito del periodo tra il Giansenismo ed il significato preciso della legge, dimostrandosi come il più famoso ed influente.

I suoi manuali sono quelli che hanno saputo dare più risposte ai dubbi che pervadevano la cristianità, e sono stati delle pietre miliari per i successivi del XIX secolo.
