Packaging
We will ship all items from Japan and it is a long travel. So we package all items carefully & professionally in state-of-the-art warehouses to ensure they arrive to you safely. However, occasionally accidents do happen, and if your item is damaged in transit we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement item at no extra cost.
Return Policy / Guarantee
