This is in excellent condition, signed Noboru Tsurutani Fushiki as shown, and is titled "Work No. 20", and is a limited edition 31/35.  This measures including the silver metal frame, and is under glass 28 1/4" wide X 20 1/2" high.  This includes the certificate of authenticity as shown.    Please look closely at my photos for details.  Item UP 2336
