Cosmopor E is a range of sterile, adhesive wound dressings made from a soft non-woven fabric. This soft fabric acts as a support material accompanied with a non-adherent wound dressing pad. Cosmopor E are highly absorbant and provide excellent padding effect to offer additional protection to wounds from further damage. The adhesive is a skin-friendly hypoallergenic synthetic to ensure patients with sensitive skin find these dressings comfortable during wear and removal.
For the postoperative wound treatment but also for the sterile treatment
of minor injuries, e.g. in first aid; in patients with sensitive skin
Cosmopor E is also breathable via the perforated film dressing which allows the wound to aerate and promote healing and comfort.
