This is for a 3 year contract to lodge in our tree house, very few of these around our beautiful area of Eastern Kentucky, we are in the Daniel Boone National forest, there is hiking, camping here also, trails, horse back riding, we are 35 min from Natural Bridge and 55 min from Cumberland falls and lake, this 3 year contact will include up to 10 days per year, years of 2023, 2024, 2025. Any time you want to stay we just need one month advance notice. This is a safe and secure location, 0 chance of crime or anyone bothering you while you stay, We have a generator for power, Out side shower and facilities, Tv with games, Once the purchase is made we will mail you the contact, then you can schedule your days for 2023. we also have two Kayaks you can use in the streams and creeks near us and fishing equipment on hand
