How to choose a suitable access doors?
Plastic Access Panels are designed to provide easy access to walls and ceilings. Access panels are constructed from a variety of materials, including steel and aluminum, sturdy plastic, and gypsum board.
Aside from material, the biggest consideration is weight.
Drywall and gypsum – a material often used in the construction of ceilings – aren’t the sturdiest building materials, which makes it difficult to attach an access panel made from heavy steel or aluminum.
