Returns 

Not all items are returnable, i.e., hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery & Only accepted for Stated listings or if goods deemed faulty or the listing incorrect. We Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods for returns. Item returned in their original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (incl packaging part of the goods, i.e., boxed items), all seals remain unbroken & not been opened or used.  

We recommend you return goods safely as you are responsible for items lost/damaged in post/transit. Refund processed upon receiving goods in satisfactory condition.
