  • Packaging - To ensure safe arrival, every effort is made to package the coins in a safe & secured manner to avoid damage and loss during transit. All coins are handled with cotton gloves. All coins are sold in the condition they were found in and have not been cleaned or polished by us in any way. All loose coins will be stored and posted in 2x2 coin holders which are PVC free, so you may leave it in the original packaging for long term storage.
  • Postage - We are working hard and diligently to have your coins shipped out as soon as possible, and therefore aim to have items posted within 2 days of items being sold. All orders are sent with free untracked postage (It is recommended to purchase tracked postage @$3.50). There are options to add tracked postage or express postage when purchasing your coins. Happy to combine your orders where possible. If you have yet to receive your coins after 10 business days from the sent date, please contact me directly. For a smooth transaction, please ensure that all delivery addresses are correct and up to date.
  • Images - A random selection of coins had been taken for the images. For UNC coins, it will more or less be the same For Circulated coins, the condition will vary. The real colour/shine of a coin may be the same or slightly different from the pictures shown on eBay caused by factors such as adjustments within your brightness and resolution of your digital devices like mobile phones or iPad.
  • Returns - Please communicate or message us prior to commencing a return (99.99% of the time, the issue is resolved more promptly this way). We have a 30-day return policy, if you are unhappy with your coin(s) in anyway, please provide an image of both sides (Heads and tails) to expediate the process. 
  • Feedback - We are always looking for ways to improve our business and customer satisfaction. Proof Coin - A carefully struck coin using special dies, with frosted images on a mirror-like background. Proof is a method of manufacture, not a condition or grade.
