Measuring approximately 9.5" x 12.5", it is a visually well-kept volume, with only minor handling damage to the dust jacket, and mild-to-moderate yellowing around the page edges. However, this book does come from a smoker's home, and has a cigarette odor when opened, with varying intensity. Available at a bargain price, some elbow grease toward the remediation of this odor could net the buyer a great read at a great price.
