ANOSKELI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a balanced extra virgin olive oil with an average acidity of 0.5% and certified with the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) "Kolymbari", one of the most awarded regions of Greece. It is an internationally awarded high quality product with a strong aroma and rich taste.

ANOSKELI olive oil is produced using the cold pressing method, at temperatures below 27◦C, exclusively by mechanical means, in order to preserve the beneficial characteristics of the olive juice, which is then stored in stainless steel tanks under ideal conditions. The olive oil is packaged and standardized in the company's fully equipped facilities following the strict specifications of the European Union.

In the small village of Anoskeli, on the outskirts of the city of Chania, in a family-owned olive mill, extra virgin olive oil, organically and conventionally grown, is produced using traditional methods. The olives are harvested when they are fully ripe, followed by cold pressing in a modern two-phase mill and stored in the appropriate conditions to preserve all the nutritional characteristics of the olive juice. The final product is 100% natural, healthy and delicious olive oil from the village of Anoskeli with the blessings of the Greek sun and the wonderful Cretan nature.
