Valeriana is a dietary supplement from Panacea 2001, containing a thick extract of valerian roots, which helps the normal function of the nervous system in states of anxiety and insomnia and helps with nervous excitement and difficulty falling asleep. Valerian extract has a mild soporific effect, and helps improve sleep. Valerian effectively calms the nervous system, normalizes digestion, reduces headaches and helps maintain normal heart function. Valerian reduces nervous excitement and helps to relax the body. Valerian helps regulate heart rate in stressful and tense situations.

Dosage

Up to 6 tablets daily after meals.

Maximum daily dose - 6 tablets.

Each tablet contains:

Thick extract of valerian roots - 75 mg;

Fillers: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, preservative - E202.
