WITH THE PURCHASE?
eBeauty Warehouse is pleased to offer
the highest standard of customer service. We’ll gladly accept returns for
eBeauty Warehouse products within 30 days if receipt of the shipment. Customers
will be responsible for shipping costs for returns.

RETURN
Any items that are used or improperly
handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
RE-STOCKING FEE
For Customers who are not in possession
of the original packing, there is a 50% service fee.
HOW TO APPLY A
RETURN REQUEST AND ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL RETURN
To ensure a successful return, please
send us a message to get a return authorization number (RMA) before
you send back the items. Mark the outside cartons with the return authorization
number (RMA). Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from
return approval date to our shipping address. And make sure that items are
as-new condition.
HOW LONG DOES IT
TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Refunds will be issued in the form of
the original payment. Refund will be issued within 2 weeks of
the completion of eBeauty warehouse’s return process.
