Offered here is an unused Atlantic Cable Centenary 1858 1958, 4 cent stamp block of two, unused, some separation at the perforations, since I know absolutely nothing about stamps check the condition for yourself - they look mice to me - but they are NOT guaranteed to be any condition.  I know nothing about collecting these.  It will be shipped in plastic and between stiff cardboard with delivery confirmation.

Generally for US shipments you can expect delivery within 3 or 4 business days (or 3-9 for media rate). For non-US shipments, once the package leaves the US, even the USPS looses control over it. I can not predict transit times for these packages. They quite often are held up in customs in the receiving country. Please be patient.
