Shipping: We dispatch within 1-2 working days. If your order is placed and paid for before the shipping run takes place, it will be shipped the same day, as we aim to ship as fast as possible. We only use Royal Mail Second Class Signed for delivers within 2-3 working days including Saturdays. For orders over £100, it will be sent using Royal Mail Special delivery.
Authentication: We are extremely strict in interrogating the authenticity of all the products we list on eBay. If we suspect anything or find an unfamiliar style we have shoes authenticated externally by two professionals separately and then use that as a benchmark to measure future shoes. All shoes we list over £60 we have authenticated. If you suspect anything please reach out and we'll pay for authentication before starting a return to get confirmation from a professional but will require you to take a number of photos
Packaging: Shoes are wrapped in bubble wrap to reduce movement and placed inside a box with your address on the top and the return address on the back should anything go wrong during delivery.
Sanitization: While we can't ensure all shoes are sanitized 100% and you need to consider your health. Care is taken to spray each shoe on the inside with a disinfectant which is said to be 99.9% effective.
Returns & Refunds: We offer a free 60-day return policy, we just ask that you return the shoe in the same condition that you received them. Once we receive the shoes, we will inspect and compare them against photos and will likely issue a refund and provide reasoning.
