Return Policy

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during postage, then we are responsible
and will issue either a full refund or replacement. If you are not satisfied with your item, you are
entitled to a refund(except the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days.
The return date can be found in the return policy/shipping and handling section. However, the return
shipping fee must be paid by customer. If you order without verifying with the seller that the part is
suitable for your vehicle using the VIN, the provision of a return label will be restricted. The Item
must be returned in good condition with original packaging and accessories and never be installed or
mounted. If you have simply changed your mind, you have to cover return shipping costs.
However, if the item is damaged faulty or not as described in any way, you will not be responsible 
for the return postage. Please contact us via eBay message before you open the return request.
