Handles have been oiled and Some pieces had surface rust sanded off, and some pieces may still  need a bit more tender elbow grease or spot treatment. This was a heavily used collection of cutlery then stored for awhile. I cleaned them up best I could at my work station nut they have potential to get in better shape... despite the minor flawless I think I got them to a usable condition.
