80g Khaw Soi Curry Paste from Thailand
· Fry one pack of curry paste with 700g of your favorite meat for 15 minutes.
· Add 500 ml of coconut milk and 1500 ml of water. Bring to boil.
· Then stew meat until tender (1/2-1 hr.), season as needed with salt and sugar.
· Serve with noodle and pickles.
· Then ENJOY
