There is a small tear at the right bottom inner margin of the cover. There is minor soiling to the outside of the page ends and to the endpapers. A square patch of white-out is noted on the top right border of the front endpaper. The binding is loosened. There is a small old area of staining at the bottom outer edge of the pages throughout the book. The pages are intact and unmarked by notations or highlighting.
