Condition: It is in fair to good condition. There is minor soiling with moderate edgewear to the cover. There are worn areas to the corner tips and top and bottom spine of the cover. There is a small tear at the right bottom inner margin of the cover. There is minor soiling to the outside of the page ends and to the endpapers. A square patch of white-out is noted on the top right border of the front endpaper. The binding is loosened. There is a small old area of staining at the bottom outer edge of the pages throughout the book. The pages are intact and unmarked by notations or highlighting.
