Confident Diagnostics

Our benchmark testing for computers is 7 pages long with 119 automated and 23 interactive checks, meaning we are very test-oriented to make sure units are in the best working order possible. Each unit is verified by our A+ Certified Technicians.

Parts

All parts and miscellaneous items we sell have been tested in a working unit or working environment. If we can’t test a device, it will be mentioned in our auction “AS-IS”. We do our utmost to accurately and honestly test, inspect and describe our used products.  All items come with a 30-day guarantee unless specified otherwise.

SSD hard drives (NEW)

Solid State Drives (SSD) reads data 10 to 15 times faster than a standard platter based hard drive. We use NEW SSD drives in all of our computer products for increased performance, longevity and reliability.

Cleaning and Testing

Your item has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with extraordinary attention to detail.  The extensive diagnostics we perform on our computer products is intended to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

Condition

Please note that used items will most likely have normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, minor wear, small stress lines or other minor cosmetic imperfections but does not interfere with the performance of the unit resulting in Grade A or B condition.  Any item with cosmetic flaws greater than this will be mentioned in the description.

Warranty

All of our items maintain a 100% refund for the first 30 days as per the ebay agreement.  Always feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns before returning the item.

Payment

We accept payment through Ebay, make sure your ebay address is up to date when purchasing from us. Immediate Payment in US funds is required.

Shipping

We ship your package within 1-2 business days of payment to your verified Ebay Address, shortly afterward you will receive tracking information via email. Make sure both are up to date to avoid any confusion.

1.    If you would like to use a shipper account number, pickup locally or expedite your package then please contact us.

2.    Worldwide – We use eBay’s International Shipping Service.

3.    Our shipments are shipped to the address provided by Ebay. If you want to have the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address in Ebay per their requirements. We’ll be happy to work with you when shipping but contact us prior to making the purchase.

Returns (RMA)

 In the event of a return, make sure to have contacted us first and receive an RMA Number.   Buyer pays return shipping!  When packing the item for a return, avoid damage and use the box the item came in. Failure to pack it properly could void the warranty and any damage is the responsibility of the buyer.  All returns are subject to 20% restock fee.
