Ah, another audio relic from a simpler time...back when Simple Minds was still a band. Sadly, this guy is for parts or repair. We replaced a belt on it, and one of the two posts that go through the cassette turns, but the other does not. It will play a tape, but will not spool it, so you get that nightmare of bygone days - a cassette that is spooled out that you have to hope isn't wrinkled as you patiently wind it back up with a pencil.

Alas, that is not the only issue. There is something amiss with the volume control; as you turn it, the speakers cut in and out; sometimes left speaker only, sometimes right speaker only...occasionally they both work.
