Our showroom, located at 706 Beaudesert Rd, Rocklea QLD 4106, boasts a range of tangible products and a friendly team to assist you. Customers who have placed orders for caravans can avail themselves of an in-depth inspection before pick-up. Additionally, our on-site team is readily available to address any issues that may arise and resolve them expeditiously.
Regrettably, as per the regulations governing caravan registration, we are unable to accommodate returns for products within our caravan range. Nevertheless, we assure our customers that all our product ranges, including caravans and trailers, are covered under a comprehensive and transparent warranty policy.
12-months manufacturing warranty
Most of our products, except tires and wheels, are on the 12-months manufacturing warranty. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the product confirms for a major failure. If you are not certain the condition of the product, you may contact us with all the details before returning the product, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost if the products must be returned for inspection, if the product is fault after inspection, we will replace it or offer you a reimbursement.
